This project had an existing Development Approval for a large highway services centre. The aim of the project was to complete the detailed design and construction certificate approval of the centre including the fuel station shop and pumps, amenities, service connections and layout, lighting, 4x fast food outlets, and truck stop facilities. DJL was engaged to project manage these detailed designs and Construction Certificate through private certification.
