Contract Superintendent / Landscape Supervisor

DJL have an ongoing role as the Contract Superintendent and Maintenance Supervisor at a large industrial estate in NSW. DJL completes regular inspections and works closely with the contractors on a regular basis to ensue all requirements and obligations of the are met. DJL’s Role includes contract coordination, budget management, contract supervision, claim and variation assessment, strategy recommendations, and performance reviews.

DJL also prepared a detailed tender brief for the site and has managed the tender for the ongoing maintenance contract. This site is particularly complex with dam safety requirements, a large landscaping footprint, and engineered rocked batters and swales that require regular safety and functionality reviews.
