Wollondilly AED Community Project
DJL Project Management are excited to share news about a new community project we are working on.

The Pale Blue Dot Foundation - Teddy Bear Initiative
At DJL Project Management, we have always believed that success isn’t just about what we achieve for ourselves, but also about what we give back to the community around us.
Owners Advocacy – Looking out for Owners
DJL represented an owner who had recently signed a building contract for their new home. The contract was based on an advertised price, but before the contract began, the builder had submitted multiple variations that increased the cost of the build. The owner approached DJL to review the signed contract and submitted variations.
Optimisation of Subdivision Layout
DJL were engaged by a client after the acquisition of a new development site to be subdivided into 12 individual residential properties. DJL was able to determine the maximum yield for the site, increasing the subdivision plan to deliver 20 individual lots.
Preserving History – Aboriginal Artefacts
DJL has been involved with significant archaeology projects to preserve aboriginal artefacts. Some projects have registered sites of significance and others discover artefacts unexpectedly.
Biodiversity Offset Credits – Massive Saving of Habitat and Costs
DJL prides itself on optimising the best layout and approach for subdivision yields and the environmental outcomes. With this attention to detail, and through carefully integrating professional disciplines, DJL can create massive savings to a project.
