DJL were appointed the development manager for the proposed residential subdivision into 2x lots at Carlton Road. The project included the modification works to the existing dwelling to allow access to the new battle-axe property. The house modification works were completed via Complying Development Certificate (CDC), while the subdivision works were approved and completed via the local Council Development Application process.

The property had a number of constraints including the existing pool location and shallow steel water main exposed at the front of the site. DJL worked closely with the local council, private certifier and Sydney Water to ensure the design approvals complemented the planned outcome and corrections to the watermain were made at no cost to the developer. 

DJL managed the Complying Development Certificate, Development Application to approval, Subdivision Works Certificate, Tender and Construction, Subdivision Certificate, and the final lot registration.
