DJL were appointed as the Subdivision Development Managers for this project. The project involved a 2-lot residential subdivision located in Thirlmere, NSW. DJL’s role was to coordinate the development from concept to completion. This involved obtaining the Development Consent (DA) and Subdivision Works Certificate (SWC) approvals from Council. DJL coordinated all approvals required for the development, including the service authority approvals with Sydney Water, Endeavour Energy and NBN.

DJL’s engagement involved coordinating and supervising the demolition works, civil construction works and services construction works with the respective contractors. DJL tendered each of these construction packages and acted as the Contract Superintendent utilising AS4905 standard contracts. DJL’s attention to detail has been imperative to keeping this project on track in terms of budget, quality and programme for the local developer.
