DJL were appointed as the build and subdivision development managers for two adjacent dual-occupancy subdivision properties located in Tahmoor. The project was purchased by the developer with DA approval. DJL were engaged to coordinate the Construction Certificate, Council Approvals (Section 138) and services approvals with Sydney Water, Endeavour Energy and NBN Co.

The project involved retaining the existing residence on one of the lots (RHS) and constructing 3 new dwellings. Detailed design was required with geotechnical, structural and civil engineers to get the documentation ready for construction. DJL coordinated the Construction Certificate approval and subsequent Occupation Certificate with a Private Certifier. Simultaneously to the Occupation Certificate approval, DJL coordinated the Subdivision Certificate approval with Council and seized opportunities to fast-track the registration process with LRS to ensure project timeframes were kept to a minimum.
