This project was the development of the complete street. DJL assisted the lead architect and builder in the Construction Certificate process. Then DJL completed the budgeting, contract negotiations with the builder, and superintending the construction of the 5x houses with 3x granny flats. DJL coordinated with the builder and client to work through cost tracking, programming, RFIs, EOTs, and variations throughout the works.

DJL also managed and coordinated the service applications for the property connections.
