This project had an existing Development Approval and an existing heritage homestead located in the heart of Picton township. The aim of the project was to complete the detailed design and construction certificate approval of the class 2 38x residential units. DJL was engaged to explore options of potential consent modifications (section 4.55), and then project manage the detailed design and construction certificate coordination.

Additionally, this project includes the independent subdivision of the existing dwelling and the strata subdivision set up and registration, resulting in a complex coordination of multiple consultants, trades, and authority processes.
