DJL were appointed as the Development Manger upon the construction phase through to completion. The project aim was to complete construction of 3x residential and 3x commercial units, including the Lead in Services, Occupation Certificate, and the final registration of the Strata Subdivision. The development also included a carpark and several service upgrades for the final use of the site.

DJL coordinated with council for the Practical Completion, Occupation Certificate, strata subdivision and strata lot registration.
