DJL have been engaged as the Development Manager for the proposed 4x lot rural subdivision from 2x existing lots. DJL coordinated with Wollondilly Shire Council to submission and approval for a section 4.55 for a modification and amendment of a pre-existing development application condition. This processed of revision saved these owners over $150,000 in conditioned construction costs, as DJL were able to propose and achieve approval for an alternative outcome.
DJL’s role has continued in the coordination of the construction certificate, tender management, construction supervision, subdivision certificate, and final lot registration as the development manager.
