This project had an existing Development Approval for a 58x lot residential subdivision. The aim of the project was to complete the detailed civil and service designs, coordinating the authority approvals and Subdivision Works Certificate process. DJL also coordinated the Biodiversity Credit purchase and offset requirements, the site remediation and validation, and the Voluntary Planning Agreement execution. Throughout the processes, the complex design required integration of the services and drainage systems, as well as the coordination and negotiation of the biodiversity offset credits.
