DJL were appointed as the Project Manager throughout the construction of the 23-lot subdivision located in Thirlmere, NSW. DJL’s Role was to assist in the submissions, Council coordination, bookings, scheduling, programming, and budgeting tracking / invoicing of the subdivision works on behalf of the Civil Contractor. The DJL team completed critical roles in Project Management, Contract Administration and Practical Completion Coordination. Individual tasks within this role included purchase orders, claims, RFIs, EOTs, variation pricing, and Council coordination.
