DJL were engaged at the back end of the Development Application lodgement to assist with Council negotiations regarding specific design requirements while also assisting with Mine Subsidence requirements working alongside Structural Engineers and obtaining relevant approvals.

Once DA was achieved, DJL were appointed to manage the Construction Certificate process and obtain CC which included the management of all Services approvals, connections and construction.

Following CC, DJL were engaged for the Development / Construction Management of the 7 townhouses for Strata Subdivision which included obtaining all Council approvals for works in the road reserve and completing Council drainage and footpath construction along the property frontage.

Upon completion of construction, DJL collated and submitted all documentation to achieve Occupation Certificate, lodged the Strata Subdivision, registered the town houses with the LRS and completed the process of tendering and engaging a Strata Manager for the property.
