The project was to complete the 5x lot rural subdivision including the construction of three private access roads and provision of services for the new properties. The Development Application was previously completed by others, and it was DJL’s role to close out the final validation conditions to commence the subdivision stage. It was then DJL’s task to prepare the tender brief documentation, engage the consultancy teams and construction teams, coordinate the delivery of the Construction Certificate / Subdivision Works Certificate, management of construction (including coordination of all contractors), administer the contracts between all parties,  and coordinate the delivery of the Subdivision Certificate, achieving final lot registration.
