DJL were appointed as the Project Manager throughout the construction of the 32 lot subdivision located in Thirlmere, NSW. DJL’s Role was to assist in the submissions, Council coordination, bookings, scheduling, programming, and budgeting tracking / invoicing of the subdivision works on behalf of the civil contractor. The DJL team filled the part of the critical roles in project management, contract administration and practical completion coordination. Individual tasks within this role included orders, claims, RFIs, EOTs, variation pricing, and Council coordination.
