DJL are managed the civil works for the proposed 19x lot rural residential subdivision. DJL coordinated the preparation and delivery of the Subdivision Works Certificate and the archaeology salvage excavation for the site. DJL also assisted the civil team as a construction project manager, and finalised the subdivision through coordination of the final Service Certificates, Subdivision Certificate and the final lot registration.
DJL also negotiated and arranged the purchase and offsetting of over 250 biodiversity flora and fauna credits. This process of negotiation saved the clients over $500,000 in credit valuations by purchasing the credits privately rather than through the government scheme of the time.
